Up to five of your children and yourself could have a funeral cover to cushion you from financial strain at time of loss. For your convenience, the monthly subscriptions are drawn from your cellphone.

How To Register
- Contact our Call Center at 137 from your Mascom cellphone and follow the voice prompts.
Funeral Services Group will forward your details via SMS to you for confirmation.
- Send the SMS confirmation to 15374, if the details are correct. P11.50 will be deducted from the units in payment for the scheme upon your confirmation.
Funeral Services Group will then send you an official policy document based on your confirmed details.
How to maintain subscription
- Send SMS "MSPD" followed by your cellphone number to 15374
- P11.50 will be deducted by Funeral Services Group
- Failure to send this conformation every month to maintain subscription will result in funeral cover being voided.
Please Note: There will be a waiting period of six (6) months before any claim could be registered, except in incidents of death resulting from motor accident.
