Mascom offers you the freedom and flexibility to communicate with others, enjoy digital media and access to information at anytime, anywhere using a cellphone or on your computer using a data card available at all Mascom shops.
This service allows you to browse the internet and to send and receive emails. You can also access your Local Area Network (LAN). With Mascom's Data Roaming Services you will be able to surf the net while you are roaming on an MTN network.
Data roaming is also available with Vodacom South Africa
You can use one of the following devices:
- The Mascom Data Card which slots into the PCM/CIA slot of your Laptop, OR
- The Mascom USB Modem which slots into the USB slot of your desktop or laptop (running Windows or Apple Macintosh), OR
- You can use your cellphone as a modem, OR
- Connect to the Internet by clicking on the browser icon on your cellphone.
Application for the service can be made at any Mascom shops.
