Transfering Airtime made easy and convenient
The Nzamele service offers you the opportunity to transfer airtime from your prepaid phone to a prepaid number of your choice.
How to send airtime
Dial 1011 then a 3 digit PIN number followed by the number you are sending airtime to and finally the amount of airtime you wish to send.
- Example to send P50.00 to 71598632: Simply dial 1011xxx7159863250
When transferring airtime you (the sender) are charged P 0.20 per transaction, the recipient is not charged for receiving the airtime.
The service allows you to transfer any amount from P 1.00 to P 99.00 per transaction.
Once the airtime has successfully been sent you (the sender) and the recipient of the airtime will receive an SMS confirmation updating your account.
Please note that the transfer of airtime does not change your or the recipients window period and that you and the recipient's prepaid accounts must be on an active state to be able to use the service.
*PIN number is created at first usage, and used thereafter whenever using Nzamele service.
