Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional leader who will report to the CEO and head our Consumer Business Division which is responsible for enhanced customer experience and value creation. This entails end-to-end delivery to the B2C customer segment and encompasses Marketing, Customer Experience, Fin-tech, and Sales and Distribution. A key element of this role is to drive enduring partnerships and collaborations while achieving business growth, creating customer value, and superb experiences for customers.

An ability to manage diverse stakeholders and in-depth expertise in sales strategy, monitoring and planning, as well as revenue management, are essential. Success in this role will be underpinned by strong innovation and technology competence as well as brand management aptitude.


      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Business Management

The position requires the incumbent to be adaptable, flexible, and able to deliver and manage change. An ability to coach and mentor whilst building a network and collaborative relationships, would provide you with an edge. We are looking for a result oriented professional to execute at a high level, solve problems, and make decisions through strategic and conceptual thinking.

Integrity and personal credibility are core prerequisites, as are enhanced communication skills. You will also need to be an astute business developer who is proficient in budget management and show creative and innovative thinking.

Job Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Business Management
      • Masters degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage
      • Relevant professional certifications would be an added advantage
      • 12-15 years practical work experience, 5 of which must have been in a management role within a competitive industry or ICT.
      • Proven experience leading Fin-tech, Marketing, Sales & Distribution, and Customer Experience teams
      • Preferred industries include Telecommunications, banking and Information Technology (IT).
