JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an exceptional collaborative leader responsible for National Distribution Strategy Management, Trade Partner Development & Loyalty; Sales Operations and Go-To Market Strategy Development and Analytics & Reporting.
Key Performance Areas
The Incumbent will be responsible for Distribution Policy, Processes, Contracts; Implementation and Control, providing Strategic Distributor Operations Guidelines & Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to drive Commercial activities and lead the development of strategies to ensure commercial stock availability and logistics across all channels. Additional key performance areas for the role include lead development and consolidation of go to market models for new products and services across the country, development of the country Trade Marketing Strategy and BTL implementation guidelines in both formal and informal touchpoints and support the S&D and Regional Teams with insights and analytics to guide execution to deliver superior performance and business growth against set KPI’s. The role will also partner with Product/Marketing teams to collaboratively develop and execute business plans to achieve incremental business growth and support regional markets by developing region-specific support schemes.

Key Competencies
If you fancy the challenge, you must demonstrate strength in Product & Services Knowledge, Customer Relationship, Service Delivery, SLA and Escalation Management Vendor Management and Customer Database Management. In addition, you must have developed solid competencies in Customer Service Metrics & Analytics. Other technical competencies for the role include Complaint Management, Customer Query & Request Fulfilment and Project Management.
We are therefore looking for a leader who is People Centric, Creative and Innovative and has demonstrated excellency in Commercial Acumen & Organizational Awareness. In addition, a track record of Customer Orientation & Stakeholder Management, Planning & Organization, Diversity & Inclusion and Networking & Building Collaborative Relationships is essential.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Telecommunication / Computing/ Engineering.
- 5-7 years’ experience with minimum experience 3 years in the field of products and service management with exposure to Mobile Money/ Fintech.
- Telecom experience will be advantageous. Preferred industries include Banking/
- Financial Services/ Telecommunications, Information Technology (IT) etc.
