Mascom Sponsors Botswana Volleyball Federation

Botswana Volleyball Federation (BVF) received 1 million sponsorship from Mascom Wireless towards the 2018 tournament scheduled to start in the 26^th of May, 2018.

Officiating at the BVF press conference, Mrs Tebogo LebotseSebego said that “over the years Mascom has made a significant impact to Botswana sport in general. Sport forms an integral part of Mascom’s brand and communication strategy and this is evident through the many sporting activities we support that include football, athletics, horse racing, netball, car racing, chess and karate and volleyball.”

Mrs. Sebego highlighted that this development contributes significantly to the ideals of our vision as a nation to see sport uniting communities and contributing to the greater good. And when officially handing over the support, she said that the sponsorship to Botswana Volleyball Federation comes after the funding Mascom gave to the federation for more than 8 years, throughout these years, Mascom has invested over 10 Million Pula in Volleyball sponsorship.
