Activate MyAirtime Manager to protect your airtime.

MyAirtime Manager ensures that your airtime is not used for internet access once you have depleted your available data bundles. Once activated, your airtime will only be used for voice calls or to buy data bundles until you deactivate the service.

Activation / Deactivation Channels: Dial *123# (option 8 on Main menu) OR through Mascom Online

  1. MyAirtime Manager is only available for Mascom prepaid subscribers.
  2. MyAirtime Manager Service is free of charge.
  3. Subscribers can activate the service through the *123# menu.
  4. Subscribers can deactivate MyAirtime Manager through *123# or *153# menu.
  5. If MyAirtime Manager is deactivated, continued data usage will be debited from airtime balance if there is no available data bundle (s).
  6. If a customer number is deactivated from the network, MyAirtime Manager Service will be forfeited.
  7. If the subscriber migrates from prepaid to a contract package while MyAirtime Manager still exists in their prepaid account, the service will be forfeited.
  8. MyAirtime Manager does not apply while roaming.
  9. Mascom reserves the right at any time to discontinue MyAirtime Manager. Such changes will be communicated through the various media and/or SMS.
  10. Mascom Wireless reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the MyAirtime Manager should it be required to do as a result of, or any changes to, the law. In such event, it is important that all subscribers who have activated the MyAirtime Manager understand that they waive any rights that they may have against Mascom and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Mascom, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.
