MyApp Data Bundle

1. This service is available for all Mascom Prepaid subscribers using internet.mascom APN only.
2. Mascom MyApp offers dedicated data bundles for Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter & Instagram.
3. MyAPP prices are VAT inclusive for Prepaid
4. Subscription or activation is done through the USSD code *123# and charges according to the selected bundle
5. Multiple subscriptions for MyApp are applicable and will run concurrently.
6. The validity period of the subscription starts immediately upon subscription.
7. MyAPP bundles offer subscribers access to respective social media platforms with extra data for general internet browsing.
8. Only usage from these platforms will be charged from each respective bundle: Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter & Instagram
9. To reduce high data usage, subscribers are advised to turn off other applications which are active on their devices and also turn off data Auto-sync. There are other device background sessions that may not be turned off and these are operating systems specific session.
10. If a customer number is deactivated from the network, any existing bundles will be forfeited.
11. Should the subscriber migrate to a contract package while a balance exists in their prepaid data account, the remainder of the data package will be forfeited.
12. Data transfer rates are not guaranteed and are dependent on network availability.
13. If session started out-of-bundle and subscribers buys a bundle, the bundle becomes available only from the next session.
14. Should the subscriber migrate to another prepaid package while a balance exists in their prepaid data account, the remainder of the data account will not be forfeited.
15. Bundles and tariffs do not apply to data roaming. Users will need to use their pay as you surf while data roaming at the applicable data roaming rates for that period.
16. Download speed is based on network availability.
17. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Mascom. Such changes in pricing will be communicated through the various media.
18. The bundles may not be used for commercial purposes. Any use of this offer outside of what is considered reasonable for private, non- commercial use, and in instances through mechanisms and means not intended for personal use or the anticipated purpose of the offer, will be considered as abuse.
19. Mascom reserves the right at any time to discontinue MyApp. Such changes will be communicated through the various media and/or SMS.
20. Mascom Wireless reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw the MyApp should it be required to do as a result of, or any changes to, the law. In such event, it is important that all subscribers who have activated the MyApp understand that they waive any rights that they may have against Mascom and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Mascom, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.

Facebook Bundles

1. For unlimited free usage on Facebook, subscribers can access Facebook via Facebook Java App or visit facebook.com via mobile browser.
2. For Facebook, you can enjoy many features such as posting messages, adding friends, uploading photos, editing your profile, like, unlike and Facebook chat.
3. Facebook Messenger is included in the MyAPP service and access is not charged.
4. Voice and Video over internet access is charged within the data bundle volume.
5. The following Facebook access methods are included in All Facebook pass:

• Facebook for iOS App.
• Facebook Messenger for iOS.
• Facebook Messenger for Android.
• Facebook for Every Phone (Java Application).
• Facebook browser based access to the mobile website.
• Facebook browser based access to the desktop site (no banners or interstitials).
• Facebook for iPad application (no banners or interstitials).

WhatsApp Bundles

1. You can enjoy WhatsApp Chat, creating Groups, Share photos, Update profile, send broadcast messages, and send voice notes and videos.
2. Voice and Video over internet access is charged within the data bundle volume.
3. Additional data charges do apply for download of the WhatsApp application. Official WhatsApp application should be only downloaded through WhatsApp Inc. at http://www.whatsapp.com/download/
4. Any other unofficial, hack, imitation of the WhatsApp application will not work with this product/service and will incur additional data charges.
5. Any external URL link or content opened while messaging via WhatsApp application that resulted in user getting information from external source will incur additional data charges regardless whether this occurred within or outside the WhatsApp application.
6. Sharing location via the WhatsApp application which resulted in information transmitted to and from Google Map service will incur additional data charges.
7. Cost of purchasing this WhatsApp application (if any) from respective mobile app store before downloading to user phone shall be borne by users themselves. This installation cost is not part of this product/service offering.

Twitter Bundles

1. You can enjoy posting a tweet, replying to a tweet, re-tweeting, following people, un-following and blocking users, searching and update your profile
2. Twitter is accessible through the below channels

• Native Android Application
• twitter.com/*
• twitter.com/*
• The iPhone Twitter App
• The Windows Twitter App

3. Image/media viewing on Twitter & visiting external links/websites are NOT free and will be charged.

Instagram Bundles

1. You can enjoy Instagram Chat, Share photos, Update profile, and share videos.
2. You can follow your friends and family to see what they post. Once you have signed up for the service, you and find people to follow or use app suggestions by selecting discover option.
3. You can post the same content on your other social networks.
4. Additional data charges do apply for download of the Instagram application. Official Instagram application should be only downloaded through Instagram Inc. at http://www.instagram.com/download/
5. Any other unofficial, hack, imitation of the Instagram application will not work with this product/service and will incur additional data charges.
6. Any external URL link or content opened while messaging via Instagram application that resulted in user getting information from external source will incur additional data charges regardless whether this occurred within or outside the Instagram application.
7. Sharing location via the Instagram application which resulted in information transmitted to and from Google Map service will incur additional data charges.
