A: Firstly, the customer purchases My Surf in the Mascom store and receives the relevant device for this service to work on. The customer’s next subscription will be on the Mascom On-Line E-portal completed from the comfort of their home.

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?

A: There is no contract, this is a pre-paid service so no penalties will occur. The customer will receive a notice 24 hours before hand communicating that the customer needs to renew the service, once the service runs out there is no data available for the customer to top up the service on-line.

Q: Who do I call for after sales support?

A: The customers can ring free-call 13664 for the 24-hour Mascom customer care support line which is 365 days.

Q: What happens if I pay twice for the service?

A: The customer can top-up multiple times in one payment – this means if they pay for three months subscription in one payment the service will run for three consecutive months without needing to recharge again.

Q: Can one switch between subscriptions?

A: Yes, the customer can upgrade or downgrade any month to the My Surf Turbo 5G packages of their choice.

Q: Is it unlimited data?

A: Yes, it is unlimited data, the 30-day package will not run out of data.
